What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, avatar.
• Conversation data: text and screenshots you upload to generate replies.
• Usage data: requests per day, plan tier, AI features used.
• Payment data: handled by our PCI-compliant processor; we never see your card details.

How we use it

• To generate replies, quotes, and profile analyses you request.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and bill subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, trial-ending).

AI processing

Your inputs are sent to our AI provider strictly for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not use your content to train third-party models.

Data retention

Conversation history is retained for the lifetime of your account. Free users see history limited to the last 7 days; Pro retains everything until you delete it.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can:

• Access and export your data from Settings.
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (hosting, AI inference, email delivery, payments).

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-Level Security ensures users can only access their own records. Uploads are stored in private buckets and served via short-lived signed URLs.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (auth session, preferences). No third-party advertising trackers.
