1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OgRizzer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OgRizzer. The Service is designed to assist with adult dating conversations.
3. Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use OgRizzer to:
- Harass, stalk, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
- Upload content of minors, non-consensual imagery, or anything illegal.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
- Generate spam, mass-messaging, or commercial solicitation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI output
OgRizzer uses AI to generate suggested replies, quotes, and profile feedback. Output is provided as-is, may contain inaccuracies, and is your responsibility to review before sending. We don't guarantee the AI's suggestions will result in any particular outcome.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your Settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
OgRizzer, its branding, and software are owned by us. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
